Refund and Cancelation Policies

If ships or airlines are unable to dock or land for reasons due to inclement weather or some unforeseen mechanical issue or circumstance, then we offer a full refund minus processing charges and fees. Though these occurrences are extremely rare In nature we must prepare for them in advance and act accordingly.


However, if ships and flights arrive on time to schedule then all tours, excursions and activities are scheduled as previously planned and reserved, and will go forward. If a passenger or guest(s) are unable to participate due to severe illness or unexpected health emergency then we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
